Users can easily work with mail merge label by selecting an item from Mail Merge Label combo box. Mail merger preview automatically detects all labels in the document and replace it with data value retrieved from specified data source. A handful of mail merge commands – such as first, previous, next, last and send – will be added to the preview toolbar, enabling users to instantly preview the mail merge result before sending it to recipients.
